Despite having participated in several challenges in the past, Bethany was stuck at a plateau. Tired of being frustrated with her lack of results, She decided to make a change and signed on with a Personal Trainer. 60 days later, Bethany was the leanest she’d ever been.
At the end of the 60-Day Challenge, I am the leanest I have ever been! I have more energy to chase around my 4 children and to enjoy life! I feel amazing! I have learned a lot about what my body needs to be healthy and strong. I thought I would feel relieved to be done with the Challenge at the end of the 60 days, but honestly, I don’t feel the need to change anything. This new lifestyle is something I feel like I can maintain easily!
